Tuesday June 23rd is the start of the next women's Only outdoor Boot Camp.
This includes 18 sessions of a results oriented, outdoor kick butt workout.

The Boot Camps take place at
Basil Grover Park at the southwest corner of
Wharncliffe and Commissioners.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
You go through 6 weeks of total body conditioning,
Nutrition info, snack and meal recipes.
Each week the Boot Camps become more
progressive to help you lose your fat and get in shape.
