trü restaurant and lounge is making its presence felt on King Street and throughout London's restaurant scene. From the sour dough bread, to the silky smooth ice cream and sorbets, everything is made in-house. Executive Chef, Daniel Irvine's commitment to freshness and knowing what is on the plate is the cornerstone of trü's philosophy. Specialties include a Duo of Duck, Pan seared Ahi Tuna, Rack of Australian Lamb, Grilled Beef Tenderloin and Fresh Atlantic Salmon. A fresh catch is offered daily and an entrée feature as well; it may be farm raised venison one day, or Ostrich the next.
